Amore Sabino is made with a mix of olives - Leccino, Carboncella and Rosciola - giving it a smooth and buttery flavor at the front, with peppery finish at the back of your throat that builds the more you taste. Our EVOO is a single estate, single origin product. It's unfiltered and it's acidity is extremely low: 0.14%! We grow our olive 50km (31 miles) north-east of Rome, in the Sabina area. The Sabine Hills produce some of the best extra virgin olive oil in Italy. In fact, chronologically speaking, it's the first Italian Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) oil to gain the certification from the European Community. The production of olives and oil is a millennial tradition in the Sabina area.
