EVO “Selezione” represents our effort and our experience in the search of balance and regionality in extravirgin olive oils. The “Selection” process fully exploits the studies on cultivar and on monovarietal olive oils that characterize Mandranova since its beginnings.

We celebrate “Selezione” with a label featuring “Mandranova Grid No. 3”, an artwork realized by Swiss artist Beat Zoderer during his stay at Mandranova. Since its establishment in 2012, the Mandranova “Artist in Residence” program testifies our commitment in fostering cultural engagement and artistic exploration. The initiative allows the artist to discover Mandranova and its surroundings and encourage an inspiring dialogue between art and society.
