About this product
The tasting notes lead us into an intense fruity of green olives with herbaceous notes, mint, almond, banana and apple shells. Reminiscent of vegetables such as tomato and artichoke. The entry in the mouth is sweet, slightly bitter and spicy in progression. The aftertaste is almondy. Very complex, balanced and harmonious in all its olfactory and gustatory attributes. The best flavouring for breakfasts (with rustic bread), appetizers, complex salads and any dish to give it a unique flavour.
